You can now easily register with us through the Civil Defence online database, Gets Ready. You can sign up as an individual member or join a Neighbourhood Group. We can also provide support to set up a new group if one doesn't already exist.
As a member, you will receive a regular e-newsletter and there will be training opportunities and opportunities to meet with neighbours.

Gets Ready was developed in Canterbury following the Christchurch earthquakes and one of its strengths is in enabling people to be able to log their skills, resources and needs in the event of an emergency. This information is invaluable and forms the basis of a neighbourhood emergency plan.
